Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
• 4 small or medium hard-boiled, peeled eggs
• 8 slices of white or brown or wholemeal bread
• Butter or mustard or tomato ketchup or French-fries sauce
• Lettuce
• Tomato, cut into slices
Preparation
Cut the eggs into slices with the egg cutter
Spread butter on the bread and cut the slices diagonally
Cover half with lettuce, tomato and egg
Place the rest of the bread on it
Serve the sandwich in a napkin
