Sweet Egg Pancakes

Makes about 24 very thin pancakes

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• ½ litre milk
• 2g salt
• 100g flour
• 50g butter or margarine
• Vanilla pudding or custard with advocaat or confectionery cream
• Dried raisins 
• Icing sugar

Preparation

Mix the eggs, milk, salt and flour smoothly            
Heat a little butter in the pan  
Pour sufficient mix in the pan for the bottom to be just covered
Fry the pancakes dry and light brown on one side
Then fry the other side and keep it warm on the plate
Place one pancake on a chopping board
Coat liberally with the pudding and the raisins
Roll up the pancake or fold it in four
Serve on the heated dish    
Sprinkle with powder sugar
